Delegate Sponsorship 
Application

All participants from low and low-middle countries are eligible to apply for delegate support to attend ICEM2025. ​

Sponsorship is up to $5,000 per Physician to help cover the following expenses:

• Conference Registration Fees: Ensuring access to all sessions and workshops.

• Travel Expenses: Round-trip airfare and local transportation.

• Accommodation: Hotel during the conference.

• Miscellaneous Costs: Meals, visa fees, and other incidentals.

To apply, please send a letter including the following criteria to jgale@caep.ca.

1. Professional Impact: Candidates should demonstrate their active role in advancing emergency medicine within their local or national healthcare system, whether through clinical practice, education, or leadership roles.

 

2. Community Contribution: Priority may be given to applicants who have a track record of community engagement or programs that improve emergency care access and outcomes for underserved populations.

 

3. Future Potential: Consideration for physicians who have a plan to leverage and disseminate the conference experience in their home country/organization.

 

4. Research and Knowledge Sharing: Preference for those who have contributed to research, education, or clinical innovation in emergency medicine including involvement in ICEM 2025. 

  

5. Financial Need: Applicants should demonstrate a lack of alternative funding sources for travel and accommodation to ensure support is directed to those who genuinely need it.
