Standard Booth 10 x 10'
Silver 10 x 10'

Exhibit Hall Schedule:
Exhibitor set up – Saturday, May 24 – 2:00pm to 6:00pm (ready to exhibit Sunday, May 25, 8am each morning)
Exhibit Hours:
Sunday, May 25 8:00am. – 4:00 p.m.
Monday, May 26 8:00am. – 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday, May 27 8:00a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Exhibitor move-out – Tuesday, May 27 – 4pm-5pm (we do not have the Exhibit Hall for Wednesday, May 28)
*Lunch will be provided to all registered booth personnel.
Exhibitor Cancellation Policy:

All exhibitor cancellations must be made via email to calapierre@caep.ca.

A full refund (less $200 admin fee) will be granted up until March 1, 2025.

A 50% refund (less $200 admin fee) will be granted from March 2-31, 2025.

No refunds will be issued after April 1st, 2025.
